1What this site is

This website publishes information, analysis and opinion about the PokerNex platform, and offers study software for players who use it. It is produced for educational and analytical purposes.

We do not host games, deal cards, hold chips or process deposits. Nothing here is an offer to gamble.

2Not affiliated

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by PokerNex, its developers, or any club, union or agent operating on the platform. All trademarks, brand names and logos mentioned or shown belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products under discussion.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or older where local law sets a higher age, to use this site. PokerNex sets its own terms for who may register and where, they change over time, and we do not maintain that list. Check the platform's current terms yourself.

4Legality is on you

Gambling law varies enormously between countries and between regions inside them. Before you play, deposit or install anything, establish what is lawful where you are. We give no legal advice, and nothing here states that any activity is legal in your jurisdiction.

5What the platform audits, and what nobody watches

This section matters more than the rest, because PokerNex is unusual in exactly one direction and you should understand which.

• PokerNex holds an RNG certificate from BMM Labs. An independent lab verified that the cards are dealt fairly. That is real, and many club apps never bother with it.
• It does not run a dedicated team monitoring game integrity around the clock, the way the established apps do. Reviewers covering the platform report that a number of its clubs are outright scams.

So a certified shuffle tells you the deck is honest. It tells you nothing about who is sitting at your table, or whether the club that invited you intends to pay. Software described on this site works only on finished hands, after your session, and never attaches to a live table. Even so, the rules you must satisfy belong to your club, they can change without notice, and reading them is your job.

6Your club, your agent, your money

PokerNex has no gaming licence and no cashier of its own. Your chips reach the table through an agent, and that person — not the platform, and certainly not us — holds your balance.

We never touch your money, cannot access it, cannot recover it and have no influence over any club decision. If an agent stops answering, there is no regulator to appeal to and we cannot help you. Choose that person with more care than you choose any software, including ours.

7The casino games

PokerNex runs casino formats alongside the poker tables. Those games carry a fixed house edge that no amount of study, and no software on this site, changes in any way. Nothing here applies to them, and a poker bankroll spent there is not an investment.

8No guarantee of results

Poker is skill and chance together. Nothing described here guarantees a profit, a win rate or a specific improvement. Results depend on your decisions, discipline, game selection, bankroll management and variance. Ratings, figures and examples on this site are editorial opinion or illustration, never a forecast of your outcome.

Treat any claim of a guaranteed edge — from anyone, including us — as a reason for suspicion rather than excitement.

9Pricing information

Any price mentioned here is an indicative starting point. The final figure depends on your game type, limit, app and your club's chip rate, and is confirmed by a manager before payment. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and figures may be out of date.

10Downloads and outbound links

Download and contact links point at third-party services we do not control. Once you leave, their terms and privacy policy govern. Verify what you download and keep your device protected; we are not responsible for third-party software, how it behaves or what follows from it.

11Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and current, and we would rather write "it depends" than invent a number. Even so, club apps move fast: rake, formats, promotions, club rules and software policy all change without warning. Content is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy or completeness. Confirm anything that matters with your club before relying on it.

12Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Attack, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape or republish substantial parts of the content as your own
• Present yourself as connected to this site, its authors or any platform

13Intellectual property

The original text, layout, graphics and code here are ours and may not be copied wholesale without permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine. Third-party trademarks and logos stay with their owners.

14Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or of any software or service you learn about through it. That includes gambling losses, limited or closed accounts, chips an agent fails to return, device problems and wasted time. You use this information at your own risk.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15Responsible play

Poker should not be income you depend on, and it should never be the answer to a money problem. Play with what you can afford to lose, set your limits before you sit down, and stop when stopping stops feeling like a choice.
